TUF operates under the Board consisting of approximately 20 members who elects every other year the Chair and Vice Chair of the Board. The Board of Directors is divided into nine committees:

  1. Fund Management Committee
    • Manage TUF Fund according to its bylaws

  2. Grants Committee
    • Provide funds to organizations or individuals who organize events that promote Taiwanese cultures and/or foster cultural exchange
    • Reviews grant applications and evaluate programs

  3. Great Performance Committee
    • Promote young Taiwanese American artists, musicians and scholars
    • Sponsor concerts and exhibitions conducive to world-class Taiwanese American musicians and performers

  4. Cultural Night Committee
    • Organize theme-based annual banquets
    • Invite presentations by renowned scholars to present Taiwan's diverse cultures
    • Provide opportunities for friends, donors and supporters to learn more about TUF and different cultures from Taiwan

  5. Public Relations Committee
    • Network with arts and cultural organizations
    • Collaborate with different cultural organizations and/or museums to promote Taiwanese American artists
    • News release, press conference, publishes CDs, videos, and printed materials on TUF and Taiwanese American community cultural events

  6. Communication Committee
    • Consolidate organizations communication network infrastructure
    • Maintain organization Internet and Intranet services

  7. Research & Development Committee
    • Research, Plan and develop new programs
    • Execute new programs and evaluate the outcome of the new programs

  8. Nomination Committee
    • Perform nomination process for both internal and external candidacy
    • Report each nomination result to the Board

  9. Audit Committee
    • Perform internal auditing process to verify all procedures are under its bylaws
    • Report to the Board each audit result
